Ready to build a pool but you are not sure what to do next? Well make an appointment with the Waterston team. We'll keep the process simple. There are a few things you can do before getting together with our staff.
Check your personal records to see if you have a copy of your plot plan. This legally describes your lot. It will give relevant information concerning set back lines and other restrictions of which we need to be aware.
When we get together we can look through design books filled with examples of pools we have completed. From backyard "Island Adventures" to small and simple, we have built pools of every size, shape and design.
Well be pleased to answer any questions you may have. Normally, our clients come away with a good idea of what can be accomplished on their property. Next we'll review your yard from a variety of perspectives like access, drainage, and focal points.
Then we'll discuss what you desire in a pool and get an idea of the budget with which you are working. Small children, exercising, playing volleyball...etc, all these things are important and are factored into your design.
We'll work up a drawing for you based on our discussions

Along with that drawing, we'll submit a complete bid including a number of options. Many of these, such as robot cleaners and sanitizers are geared such that you can add them later when you're more familiar with your pool.
After going over our bid with you, you'll know exactly where you stand, what's included and what's not.
Often it takes a few drawings to get exactly what you want, and we'll draw it as many times as it takes to get it perfect. Remember, we don't charge for the shape, so your options are truly limitless!
